August 16th – Pre-Registration

• 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Pre-Registration

Avoid lines on the event day by collecting your bracelet early.

August 17th – Event Day

• 7:30 AM: Doors Open
  Arrive early to check in and find your seat.
• 9:00 AM: Event Begins
  Kickoff of the day’s sessions and activities.
• 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Lunch Break

Take a break, enjoy lunch, and network with fellow attendees. There will be food stands available at the arena, so make sure you bring a card or cash.

• 2:00 PM: Afternoon Sessions Resume
  Continue with the exciting lineup of speakers and activities.
• 5:00 PM: Event Ends
